WE KNOW!! You have been waiting and here it is! The Lancaster Sale on Mathews Drive. We sold some items from here previously and anyone at the pick up wanted to know when we were selling the rest. Well the owners brought a bunch more to add and there's lots of good finds here! We have cool collectible items and nice household finds! **PLEASE NOTE** This will be a final pickup for this location. Be sure you can pickup on the designated day BEFORE you bid otherwise you will be required to pay moving fees in order to get your items from our warehouse later. Any items not picked up are forfeted and no refunds are issued. We will need to pay our client and remove the leftover items at our expense.
You are required to check a box when bidding that confirms you read our rules. It is up to you to understand the conditions you have agreed to before bidding. If you don't read through the rules you are still responsible for buying and pickup of items you won. You are responsible to review the pickup info on this page. Each sale has it's own conditions and these terms may change accordingly. All of our standard Terms & Conditions are available on our website at https://www.wny.estate/salehelp By bidding you are agreeing to these terms and agree to purchasing the items whether you read them or not. The authenticity is added if known. (For example silver tea set is descriptive only unless "sterling" silver, pure silver or S925 is stated) Don't assume gold, silver or other descriptor to be a guarantee of quality or value unless clearly stated as such. You should inspect your items but we will not allow cancelled sales unless we have improperly listed it. YOUR purchases are sold AS IS. We are selling items from our clients and not our personal property. We are not able to place any guarantee or warranty on any item. We are often using information provided by the property owner which occasionally (although unintentional) they give us wrong information. We make no guarantees of accuracy. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your items before you remove them from the pickup site. Items should be tested to your satisfaction before removing them. Once you leave with your purchase the sale will be considered final. We cannot refund items or take returns for any reason. If we ship or deliver an item you fully waive your right to inspect and agree to pay for the item as received. We do not intentionally sell any item that is not in working condition. We do not, however, have the ability to fully examine or fully test all items. IMPORTANT - If a listing states items are in working condition this is NOT a guarantee other than to say we have seen the items powered on or functioning. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted. * By bidding you agree to buy and accept all of our Terms & Conditions * We reserve the right to sell your item to another interested party if you do not follow the rules, we do not hear from you after an auction, your card on file is not valid or you are unreachable. * Follow up E-mails are sent after the auction but you are solely responsible to know if you won and to follow instructions. * We are not responsible for missed/lost E-mails or if you do not make it to a pickup. All information needed is provided before you bid to plan and have a backup plan in an emergency. We will do our best to work with you however, alternate pickups are NOT guaranteed and often not possible. * We Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion. * Buyer's premium rate will be 15% for all items in this auction with a Minimum $1.00 BP per invoice * Payment can be Cash or Charge ** NO CHECKS ** * WINTER IS COMING! - We will do our best to provide a suitable "snow day" and are not responsible if the alternate weather date does not work for you …sorry Please try and ask all questions about items at least 24 hours prior to the closing so we have time to go inspect the item if necessary. Payment Terms
Items will be billed to your card on file when auction closes. If you are planning to pay cash in person message right away so we can notate your account. If you miss the pickup after agreeing to pay cash your card will be billed. PAYMENT can be Cash, Credit or Debit but no checks please! If you wish to pay cash or charge you can pay when you pick the items up. If you wish to pre-pay you can send your invoice balance to pay@stewartestateswny.com through Paypal and Venmo or pay via this link www.paypal.me/stewartestates Since we are not offering guarantees or warranty for your items there is no buyer protection allowed through Paypal. If you check the "goods and services" option we will not accept the payment. NO EXCEPTIONS! Any attempts to reverse payments through Paypal or Credit company will be a civil matter and you will be banned permanently from any further auctions. We incur an additional penalty when items are disputed therefore you agree to the sale being final after you inspect and remove your item from the pickup location without exception. The time to cancel a sale is prior to removing it. If you cancel the sale for any reason a 25% restocking fee is assessed. Non-payment will mean you can not bid on any future auctions until resolved. We unfortunately incur costs to move the items to our warehouse and will have to re-sell at another date or we donate them.
Unless alternate shipping or delivery is arranged the items will need to be picked up 11/13/18. Items not picked up that day continue to accrue charges of an additional 10% (min. $5) weekly in storage fees. After 30 days your items are donated or re-sold and no refund will be issued. You will not be allowed further bidding on any other auctions unless your fees owed are paid in full regardless whether or not you picked up your item. You are required to remove ALL items as part of your lot. There is a minimum $5 fee PER LOT if you would like to leave things behind so be prepared to remove everything. Unfortunately due to the great deals you are getting it often costs us more than we make to dispose of the items people do not remove. If your items are found abandoned after you leave your card is automatically charged or fees are added to next auction. SHIPPING - We can ship or deliver all items we sell but you are responsible for all associated fees. We can not cancel a sale if you change your mind because of shipping/delivery cost so bid wisely. We will no longer ship items unless the combined purchase being shipped is at least $30 before shipping costs are added. If you have items from multiple auctions we can combine them, hold items until you purchase from another auction or we will have to charge you the difference. Any items we are holding more than 30 days will be canceled and you will not receive a refund. When the auction is done you will need to pay the invoice total for your items. If items fit in a flat rate USPS package the total should be a flat $25 fee that will be included in your invoice. For larger items we drop your purchased lots at our local UPS store after you pay. You will need to pay UPS directly for packaging and shipping. Any larger items such as furniture will be up to you to arrange freight shipping.
