Description	Due to the current restrictions on crowd sizes, we will conduct this year's fall firearms auction on our online bidding platform. We have some very nice consignments including a collection of very nice Winchester and Remington .22 rifles - mostly takedowns and in great condition. We will be handling pickup on the next three business days and by appointment thereafter. We look forward to seeing your smiling faces at a real auction as soon as this is over.

Terms and Conditions

Cash, Checks, or Credit Cards are accepted forms of payment. 12% Buyer Premium if paying by cash or check, 15% if paying by credit card. All buyers that are not FFLs must pass a NICS background check prior to receiving any firearms (except black powder muzzleloaders). There is no charge for the NICS check. FFLs will need to provide us with a copy of their license(s) dated for the date of pick-up. Non FFL handgun purchasers must have a coupon from their county as well as their permit to pick up pistols and revolvers. Any handguns purchased by residents other than New York must be transferred to an FFL in the purchaser's state. See the "Shipping" tab for information on fees & procedures for shipping firearms. Our Online Auctions are for Responsible Adults Only. Please do not bid on any firearm unless you can pass the NICS background check. Do not bid on handguns unless you have a pistol permit. If you are buying from out of state, please have an FFL lined up to receive your purchases. Please take the time to read the terms of the Auction, as well as the payment & pickup dates. Bidderswho do not pick-up or make arrangements for shipping will be banned from participating in all future auctions (live and online). Payment and pickup is on the specified date and times. Anyone who does not observe the payment and pickup times will immediately have their credit card billed. Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to our office may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders however, will be banned from all our future auctions.

Shipping / Pick Up

All firearms must be shipped to Federal Firearms Licensees. No ammunition will be shipped to unlicensed individuals within New York State. No firearms will be shipped until the week following the auction, and it does take us some time, so be patient. All firearms will be shipped via the US Postal Service with insurance. If you do not want insurance, you must let us know and provide us with a statement that you are opting out of insurance. We make a diligent effort to pack items in a responsible manner, but it is unreal what these shipping companies can break. We will not be liable for shipping damage. Buyers will be charged the actual cost of shipping plus a $20/gun box and handling charge.
