This means the auction will begin closing at 4:00 pm with 20 seconds between the closing of each lot. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot closing.
You may enter your "Max Bid", this will allow you to enter your max bid and the system will continue to bid for you by increments until it reaches your max bid. If the item sells for less than your "max" that is the price you will pay.
